Who we are
Get It Done - Tree Services (https://getitdone.au) provides arboricultural consulting services in South East Queensland. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The property address the enquiry relates to
- The service you are enquiring about and your timeframe
- Any additional detail you choose to include
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as financial details or government identifiers through this website.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and deliver the service if you engage us. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
How enquiries are transmitted
Enquiry forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party transactional email provider. Your submission passes through that provider in the ordinary course of delivery. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and requests are served through Cloudflare's network.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers to retrieve the font files.
Where privacy-respecting analytics are used, they are configured to measure aggregate page traffic only and do not track individuals across sites or build advertising profiles.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where we are engaged, for the period required to deliver the service and meet record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sam@getitdone.au and we will action it.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy has been mishandled, contact us first at sam@getitdone.au so we can address it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
